Orange Pudding

Ingredients:
Serves 8

  • 6 eggs ;
  • 6 egg yolks ;
  • 500 grs of sugar ;
  • juice of 2 oranges ;
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder ;
  • 30 grs of butter

Preparation:

Add all the ingredients together and beat everything thoroughly.
Grease a tin carefully, sprinkle it with flour, pour in the mixture, and cook it in a Bain-Marie for about 25 minutes in a hot oven.
